The first chapter, which intends to be a synthesis of the new methods of representation of constructible objects, between well-established techniques and innovative proposals, which allow to simulate not only the appearance but also the behavior of mechanical organs, is followed by a large chapter dedicated to a general introduction to the issues of the life cycle and development of the industrial product and the tools used for its management (even with a brief historical digression).
Alongside the traditional topics present in each technical drawing text, some parts have been drawn up to help understand the importance and place of the drawing in the current production reality. The book today represents the most up-to-date work in the field of technical documentation of industrial products and is the result of a continuous work of modification, updates and revisions that the authors have engaged in these twenty years, in truth forced to do so by the continuous evolution of the topics covered.
